In July of 2020, co-founders Dr. Lauren Costine and Vanessa Costine decided to pursue their dream of opening their own therapy center. With 20 years of experience, Dr. Lauren’s philosophy stems from the understanding that mind, body, and spirit are interconnected. When treated holistically, our clients can find more clarity, focus, sense of self, and internal freedom.

Treatment Focus

Whether treating an individual, a couple, or a family, our practice incorporates a holistic approach to mental health. Mental health is inextricably linked to physical and spiritual wellness, so we look at all aspects of an individual’s lifestyle and habits when providing treatment. We see therapy as a way of building resilience as an individual, so our goal is for patients to become well-equipped with a sustainable mentalilty and toolbox, enabling them to tackle future challenges in healthy ways.
